VoteCal

InteGREAT Experts LLC played a pivotal role in the successful implementation of the VoteCal system, providing project management and certification services for the California Secretary of State. The project involved implementing VoteCal, a uniform, centralized, interactive, computerized voter registration system to address Section 303 of the Help America Vote Act (HAVA) of 2002 (Public Law 107-22, 107th Congress).  The solution included a public facing website component and multiple interfaces including with California's 58 County's Election Management Systems (EMSs).

Child Care Automated Tracking System (CHATS)

We partnered with Colorado Department of Human Services (CDHS) to implement a comprehensive Child Care Automated Tracking System (CHATS), streamlining workflows, optimizing resource allocation, and driving significant cost savings while improving service delivery. CHATS serves the citizens of the state of Colorado who qualify for the Colorado Child Care Assistance Program (CCCAP).  The CHATS application integrates a complex data tracking and fraud detection system with a front-end POS system allowing customers to swipe to check-in and swipe to check out.

Interim Welfare Automated System (ISAWS)

Our team effectively maintained and subsequently migrated the Interim Welfare Automated System (ISAWS) to C-IV, serving 35 county welfare offices throughout California. This system enabled the determination of eligibility for a range of services, including medical assistance, food stamps, welfare-to-work programs, and other health and human services for residents of California.

This initiative successfully integrated in-patient and ambulatory services with various ancillary systems, including radiology, pharmacy, laboratory, appointment scheduling, and the advice call center. As a result, the software 'EPIC' is now widely utilized across all Kaiser hospitals and nearly all major healthcare providers.
